How to Use?
Make sure to not use this more than once every three days.

Hold the applicator securely by the tube and shake down to make sure the gel is at the thin end
Twist the end off and insert the thin end into the vagina slowly, this can be done either sitting or lying down
Squeeze the gel out of the tube to ensure this goes inside the vagina
Remove the applicator and discard this straightaway
