Teething
Teething is a natural process for any baby as part of their growth and development. This occurs when the first teeth start coming through the baby's gums.
The teething stage can happen at different months for each baby, this can take place when they are four months or even 12 months but usually most babies start teething at around 6 months.
There are certain signs you may notice when your baby is teething such as:
Sore gums
Side of cheeks may be flushed
Chewing on their fingers or toys
Dribbling more than normal
As the teething stage can cause some discomfort and pain for your baby, there are medicines available to help relieve the pain.
