What is Ear Wax

Ear wax is naturally produced by tiny glands in the ear canal and forms a thin film as part of the ear's natural cleaning system. Ear wax is essential for keeping our ears healthy and clean, as well as protecting them from infection.

Some people produce more earwax than their ears require, resulting in a hardened wax buildup that can block the ear canal. Attempting to remove it with a cotton swab on your own may push the hardened wax deeper into the ear canal. 

What Can Otex Express Combi Pack Be Used For?

Otex ear drops are used to help adults, the elderly, and children over 1 year old to remove hardened wax from the ear canal.Containing an easy to use bulb syringe to help administer the medication and flush out the build up helping ease the unpleasant symptoms experienced by excess earwax build up.

How to Apply Otex Express Combi Pack?

Simply tilt your head and squeeze up to 5 drops into each ear, wait a few minutes, and then wipe away any excess with a tissue. This procedure should be repeated once or twice a day until your symptoms have subsided. Treatment usually takes 3-4 days, and you should notice a reduction in ear discomfort after that. After using the ear drops for 3 to 4 days, gently cleanse the ear with warm water by rinsing with the easy-to-use bulb syringe.

Warnings

Do not use this product if:

• You have a history of ear problems, unless used under the close supervision of your doctor or pharmacist.

• You're putting anything else in your ear such as other ear drops or a hearing aid.

• Your eardrum is or has been damaged.

• You suffer from dizziness

• If there is anything else wrong with your ear (such as pain, swelling, discharge, infection, or tinnitus).
