How to use
Typical use
- Wash your hands before and after use.
- Warm the bottle in your hands for 1–2 minutes.
- Tilt your head so the affected ear faces upwards.
- Gently pull the outer ear:
Adults and older children: up and back
Children under 3 years: down and back
- Put 2–3 drops into the ear.
- Do not let the dropper touch the ear.
- Keep your head tilted for a few minutes.
- You can place a small piece of clean cotton wool at the entrance of the ear to catch drips. Do not push it into the ear.
Use twice daily for up to 7 days, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
If you wear hearing aids, remove them before use and wait 15–30 minutes before putting them back in.
Missed dose
Use the drops when you remember, then continue as normal. Do not double the amount.
If you use too much
Using a little extra is unlikely to be harmful, but stop and seek advice if you develop pain, irritation, dizziness, or discharge.
How to store
- Keep the bottle tightly closed
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children
- Do not use after the expiry date on the label
If your label gives an “use within” time after opening, follow that.
