How to use Sterimar Hayfever & Allergy Relief Nasal Spray
- Gently blow your nose before use.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Press briefly to spray while breathing in gently.
- Allow excess solution to drain, then repeat in the other nostril.
- Clean the nozzle after use.
Dose:
Use 2 to 6 times per day, or as often as needed.
Sterimar can be used before exposure to allergens or after exposure to help clear them from the nose.
How to store Sterimar
- Store at room temperature (below 30°C)
- Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
- Keep out of sight and reach of children
- Do not puncture or burn the container
Side effects are uncommon but may include:
- Mild nasal irritation or stinging when first used
- Brief sneezing after spraying
Rarely, nosebleeds may occur if the spray is used too forcefully.
If irritation continues or symptoms worsen, stop using the spray and seek medical advice.
