How can I be sure IQ Doctor is legal?

IQ Doctor is a fully legal registered British online pharmacy.

We are authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to sell medicines online.

We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as an Internet pharmacy.

Do you sell genuine medication?

We only sell genuine medication. We order our medication from the same government approved pharmaceutical suppliers that traditional high street pharmacies buy their stock from.

Do I need a prescription?

You do not need to supply a prescription to use IQ Doctor. All medication requests are screened by our doctors who will issue a private prescription for eligible patients. This prescription will then be dispensed and dispatched to you by our pharmacy.

Can I use an excisting prescription?

At the moment we do not accept any NHS or private prescriptions from third party sources. We offer a free consultation service which is reviewed, by one of our doctors who can issue you with a prescription if you are eligible. There is no additional charge for this service.

When will I receive my order?

If you order before our 4pm cut-off you are guaranteed to receive your order for the next working day (assuming you are eligible) or you get your delivery fee refunded.

Is your packaging discrete?

We only use plain packaging without any branding.

How can I pay?

You can pay with all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Can I order for someone else?

No, you are unable to place an order on behalf of anyone else.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to the point of dispatch by contacting our customer services by phone or email.

Can I return my order?

For reasons of safety, we do not allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines. If you have unwanted medication, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.

Will my GP be informed of my order?

Although we recommend you inform your GP about any medication you have ordered we will not contact your GP without your express consent.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK only.

What should I do if I experience side effects?

If you experience side effects you should notify us and also inform your GP. If the side effects are life threatening, contact 999 for emergency services immediately.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highland Channel Islands?

Yes we do but delivery times are not guaranteed and may take longer than 1 day.
