How Does Salactol Work?
Salactol contains two active ingredients salicylic acid and lactic acid, medicines called keratolytics. This is applied directly onto the affected area to soften it and cause it to shed. By softening the skin, it makes it easier to remove the wart/verruca with a pumice stone or emery board. This also works by killing the virus that causes warts and verrucas.

Salactol can be used by adults and children over the age of 2.
How To Use?
Read the leaflet carefully before use.
Follow the instructions below and apply every day in the evening until the warts or verrucas disappear:
Soak the affected area in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes
Pat dry gently using your own towel
Unscrew the cap and use the applicator to apply a few drops of the paint on top of the affected area
Allow each drop to dry for a few minutes before continuing to apply more.
Replace the cap after use
Repeat these steps every evening.
It is important to note that this results vary for each individual:
Some may disappear quite quickly
Some require up to 12 weeks until they disappear
