Fluconazole 150mg is suitable for:
- Adults aged 16 to 60 years with symptoms of vaginal thrush
Do not take and seek advice first if you:
- Are under 16 or over 60 years old
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are allergic to fluconazole or similar antifungals
- Have liver or kidney problems
- Have heart rhythm issues
- Are taking medicines that may interact with fluconazole
Speak to a doctor or pharmacist if:
- This is your first episode of thrush
- You have frequent episodes (more than 2 in 6 months)
- Your symptoms are unusual or severe
How to take Fluconazole 150mg
Always take Fluconazole as directed in the leaflet or by your pharmacist.
Typical use:
- Take 1 capsule as a single dose
- Swallow whole with water
- Can be taken with or without food
Symptoms usually improve within a few days, but it may take up to 7 days for full relief.
If symptoms do not improve or return quickly, seek medical advice.
How to store Fluconazole
Store the capsule:

- Away from heat and moisture
- Out of the sight and reach of children
Do not use after the expiry date on the pack.
