Vagisil Medicated Gel is a soothing anaesthetic Gel designed to provide fast relief from intimate skin discomfort. It works by gently numbing the affected area to reduce irritation and discomfort.

What it can be used for

Who is Vagisil ProHydrate Internal Hydrating Gel suitable for?

  • Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over
  • People with minor itching, soreness, irritation, or discomfort of the skin around the vaginal area or back passage

Not suitable for:

  • Children under 12 years
  • People with broken or infected skin
  • Anyone allergic to lidocaine or other local anaesthetics

How to use Vagisil Pro Hydrate Internal Hydrating Gel

  • Wash and dry your hands before use.
  • Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area.
  • Use on the skin just outside the vagina and around the anus only.
  • Use 3 to 4 times a day, as needed.
  • Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

What to avoid

  • Do not use inside the vagina.
  • Do not use on broken, sore, or infected skin.
  • Do not use in children under 12 years.
  • Do not apply more than recommended or use extra cream to make up for a missed dose.

Important

  • Use for up to 1 week only.
  • If symptoms last longer than a week or keep coming back, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Ongoing itching may be a sign of another condition that needs medical advice.
