Zerobase

Zerobase is an emollient based cream used for the treatment of dry flaking skin. Suitable for all members of the family this non greasy, easily absorbed formula can be applied multiple times a day to help minimize these unpleasant symptoms, softening the skin and allowing it to heal and repair. This formula is ideal for helping moisturize affected areas, softening the irritated and inflamed skin and protecting it from further loss of moisture and hydration through the protective barrier formed upon application.Coming in an easy to use pump format to minimize wastage this cream formula is a great way to keep on top of moisturisation.

How to Apply Zerobase?

This cream can be applied to the skin 2 to 3 times daily, simply applied to the affected area gently smoothing into the skin, avoiding harsh/vigorous rubbing particularly on sore or inflamed skin to reduce the risk of further aggravation or irritation. The cream should be applied following the direction of hair growth. Avoid applying any further ointments or creams on to the affected area until after the zerobase has been completely absorbed into the skin.Additionally zerobase can be applied prior to bathing to help prevent further loss of hydration from the skin by creating a barrier that locks in moisture. The barrier formed by zerobase also helps to prevent harsh irritants such as soap and detergents affecting the area further allowing it to heal and hydrate. Emollients can make the bath very slippery, please be wary of this to prevent further injury.

Side Effects

Side effects from zerobase are very rare however the presence of cetostearyl alcohol and chlorocresol  can result in a  mild local allergic reaction if this occurs contact your primary health care provider or pharmacist for further advice.
