Frequently asked questions

IQ Doctor is a fully registered British online pharmacy. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as an Internet pharmacy and authorised to operate as an online pharmacy in the UK.
We only provide genuine medication, sourced from the same government-approved pharmaceutical suppliers as those utilised by traditional high street pharmacies.
You do not need to supply a prescription unless specifically requested. All medication requests are reviewed by our healthcare professionals, who may issue a private prescription for eligible patients. This prescription is then dispensed and dispatched by our pharmacy.
We do not currently accept NHS or private prescriptions from third-party providers. Our free consultation service allows one of our healthcare professionals to assess your eligibility and issue a prescription where appropriate, at no additional cost.
If your order is approved before our 3pm cut-off time, we aim to dispatch it for next working day delivery, subject to prescriber approval. While we aim for same-day dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to high demand within delivery networks.

For safety reasons, medicines cannot generally be returned once they have left the pharmacy. If you have unused medication, please return it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. In some cases, a return may be requested for clinical assessment.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
