Complaints Procedure

Should you be dissatisfied with our service in any way, you can:
1. Contact customer support
Please call our customer service team on 0121 679 9794, or email help@iqdoctor.co.uk and be ready to provide your name, address, order number, and the nature of your complaint.
2. Escalate to a formal complaint
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you can make a formal complaint via our customer service team. We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day and provide a timeframe for resolution.
3. External resolution
If you still remain dissatisfied, you can escalate your complaint to the ombudsman or regulatory body. We will provide information on how to do this on request.
