What Is This Medication and What Does It Treat?

STUD 100 is a topical desensitizing spray formulated to help men delay ejaculation and improve sexual performance. The active ingredient, Lidocaine 9.6% w/w, is a mild local anesthetic that temporarily numbs the skin, reducing penile sensitivity. By reducing sensation, the spray can help men last longer during intercourse and gain better control over ejaculation, potentially reducing performance anxiety in the process.

Who is this medication suitable for?

This spray is suitable for men aged 18 and over who experience premature ejaculation. It should not be used by children or adolescents. Do not use STUD 100 if you are allergic to lidocaine or any of the ingredients in the spray, or if the skin on your penis is broken, sore, or inflamed. It is also best to avoid using it if your partner is pregnant, as there is a small chance of the medicine transferring during intercourse. Men with liver, kidney, or heart problems should speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using it to make sure it is safe.

How to Take This Medication

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Spray between 3 to 8 times on the head and shaft of the penis, around 5 to 15 minutes before sexual activity. Start with the smallest number of sprays that work for you, and never use more than 24 sprays in any 24-hour period. Allow the spray to absorb before sexual contact. After intercourse, wash the area thoroughly to remove any remaining spray. Do not use the spray for more than three months in a row without medical advice. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, or open wounds.

Storage and Safety Information

Keep STUD 100 in a cool, dry place below 25 °C and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the can. Before using the spray for the first time, read the leaflet provided in the pack carefully. If you are taking any other medications or have ongoing health problems, ask a pharmacist or doctor to check that STUD 100 is suitable for you.

Most men tolerate STUD 100 well, but mild side effects can sometimes occur. These may include slight burning, tingling, or redness on the skin where the spray is applied. Some people may experience mild irritation or an allergic reaction. These effects are usually short-lived and go away after washing. If you or your partner notice swelling, rash, or more serious symptoms such as dizziness or feeling unwell, stop using the spray and seek medical advice immediately. Using too much of the spray increases the chance of side effects, so always stick to the recommended amount.
